Hey everyone in the springs. I just bottled an American light (from a kit) for a buddy and my wife. Probably Tuesday transferring from primary to secondary my chocolate raspberry stout. It was my first try at allgrain. It tasted awesome going in so we will see.
Been on here a while but haven't posted in forever. Hopefully looking for info on a local club or meeting other locals in town.

Hey everyone! Springs shout out What what!?

So I'm all for the beer brewing that's going on here and hopefully can attend some events, but all I brew is Hard Cider. Don't knock it till you try it =P
But ya just starting off but hoping to get some good high quality juice here from Denver/Pueblo once apple season comes around.

HBT is an amazing resource! you do all grain? I also make the occasional cider. if you have never tried anything like Brandon O's Graff, I highly recommend doing something like that. I usually don't use any hops like he does but a good malty cider is always a big hit.

Nah I only do extract right now. I was going to get the equipment for it a couple weeks ago but ended up getting some extra kegs and crud.

Hey everyone!

So just moved to the springs, fairly new to homebrewing but have bout 5 or 6 batches under my belt while I was in Germany (army), but looking for some good folks around here to start networking with! Love homebrewing, started AG Brewing about 2 batches in.
Won't be able to start HB'ing till mid month cause have my equipment till then as just came from Germany. Also may have a sold hook up on the Brutus stand as well, hopefly mine will be sent soonish.

So other then the the LHBS here in the springs what does everyone do for get togethers?

Hey, welcome home!

Personally I don't do to much of the meet-up type stuff but there is a great group in town called Brew Brothers of Pikes Peak that had a lot of members and meets up on a fairly regular basis. Tabb on here joined them I believe a while ago so he could probably give you some good info. Good luck or sourcing that Brutus stand, those setup a canbe pretty nice.
