Also, would there be any interest in splitting sacks of Munich, Vienna, wheat and rye? When Bobby_M organized the NJ buy earlier this year, he was doing 5 lb splits. Just a thought.

This thought just crossed my mind. Have you ever contacted Flying Dog about purchasing malt from/through them? They may established contacts with North Country and other maltsters.
