nahhhhhhhh... I'm good. I still have a touch of asthma from growing up with two chain smokers. I'm all set.

I would just cut the SWMBO off at three Buds... you don't want her getting all spoiled and expecting that kinda red carpet treatment every Friday night.

So I know some of you guys do a utopia every now and again.

I was wondering if this would be good to brew now to drink in the summer of 2014. If it is really good aged about 2 years I would love to brew it.

It's not exactly a 'summertime, lawnmower' beer. More of a 'special occasion, share a bottle with 3 - 4 friends' beer.

As far as aging goes, it does take time. Lots of it.

Good luck Bird. I had a whole freakin share of U3 that mysteriously disappeared into the wind.... And that after Yeager chased my down for the whole $30 as if it was the last $30 his child needed for a heart transplant or something.
