I also have tickets for the early session on Saturday. I went last year and had a blast! I also went to the Beer Summit in April at the Castle at Park Plaza. That was a good time, but not nearly as many brewers as the ACBF. Looking forward to it!!

I'll be at the Saturday 1:00 session. I went last year and it was outstanding!

I was thinking of going to the 2nd session, which is better? Is there a difference?

I like the first session because I know that none of the beers will kick before I try them and I like to get it done early so I can do other things after.

True enough. Anyone got a beerbar/brewery crawl planned for after? I'm going to hit up Boston Beer Works for sure, anything else downtownish?

I was thinking of going to the Public house after but it is a little far from there so I am not sure.

Most of the places in the Seaport area where the event is are "upscale" and not really condusive to a post beer fest crowd

Beer Works is always good. Also the Sunset Grille & Tap in Allston and Publick House in Brookline have outrageous beer selections.

I plan to attend this year , waiting to hear from the G.F. I'll let her decide on which session ,but would prefer the early one on Sat.
I believe to Sox are playing at home that weekend ,so probably head towards Fenway after .
