East Farmingdale (Suffolk) here. Brewing for 2 years. Doing partial mash brews. Done Ales and Lagers. I keg all of my brews and have a 4 tap (for now) keezer. Nothing like brewing your own beer.

About to start a New Zealand Rye IPA in a couple of minutes. (Brewing, not drinking...)

Nice! You get an early start! I just started heating my strike/sparge water with a bucket heater.. Need to hit Arbor or Karps later because I don't have enough two row.

Brewtopia added grain grinding an has an excellent selection of craft beer for research.

I have to head back out to PEP boys for headlights for the car. Maybe I'll drop by there and take a peak. Finished my IPA and am about 30 minutes into the boil for a double chocolate stout.

Avid brewer over here from Glen Cove. Been brewing for 4-5 years now and make atleast 3-4 batches a month. Also interned at the Greenport Harbor Brewery for a few months. Just wanted to recommend Kedco in farmingdale to you guys. Dave is the guy who runs the place and is a really great dude. Unless what I need is extremely cheaper online, I always try to support them and buy what I need there. Karps is also pretty good for used kegs and liquid yeast.

Cool thanks man, I've been to brewtopia before, never knew they had home brew stuff, probably just wasn't looking for it. Going to check that out on my day off.

Also found a shop in patchogue online called brewtique. Gonna check that out too.

If you like hot sauces, in that same small mall is a store called Pepper Heads. They have everything from mild, to the sauces where you have to sign a waiver before they'll sell it... You can also hit up Port Jeff Brewing for a few samples. They're just a short walk away.
My NZ RIPA was starting to bubble about 6 hours after I finished brewing it. The Dbl Choc Stout still sitting quietly...
