Selling root beer

Any one anything about laws in regards to the production and sale of small Bach root beer in NY?

NYS Bottle Bill
Soda Company Start-Up
General Vendor Licensing
Temporary Vendor Licensing

You will also probably have to register/apply for license for sales tax in NYS.
