September 19, 2009 Rome, Georgia Beer Tasting Festival

Yup. Little ol' Rome, Georgia got its own beer festival last year.

After a huge turnout in 2008, the 2009 Rome, Georgia Beer Tasting Festival has been announced.

Anyone in the area should definitely check this out. It was a blast last year.

I may have to check this out, if I can convince the SWMBO to drive. Driving home from beerfests is not really an option for me. :drunk:

The brew club up in Calhoun (ZING) was considering trying to get a booth set up IIRC. Ed, lemme know if you go, I'm pretty close to rome (15 miles?) and might be inclined to go... Is there any list of the breweries that are going?
