I kid, looks more like a bladder infection.

The color looks a bit lighter than mine does, naturally it will look a bit darker in a pint glass as opposed to your hydrometer tube, but I do recall mine being a bit darker when I checked the gravity.

Mash worked out at 157. And OG hit 1036.

Meant to ferment mine at 62 but I pitched at 58 and it took until this morning for it to work its way up to 62. My fermentation freezer was holding temp too well I guess. I'll leave it at 62 until bottling time @ 10 days. I'll probably give it a quick gravity check and taste test on day 7.

yeah i pitched under 60 too, mine was only at 16 after a week.

gonna check in a few days i guess, hopefully it gets a bit lower.
