When I saw this pop up after so long, I thought there might be a round two in the works.

It was a fun little competition!

Hmmm. We should do a round two!

Maybe not a mild, though. What do you think about another competition with a different style? Or would mild round #2 not be redundant?

Upper Mississippi Mashout is coming up in late January, that is supposed to be one of the best judged competitions in the country - or is this for NHC or another comp? I'm already submitting my Mild (to UMMO) though - I might be able to squeeze something else in if this gets going.

Actually, I found this thread while tracking down Orfy's Hobgoblin recipe. It was EXCELLENT (I made it a couple of years ago).

If you do a comp, that would be a good one. It's a Northern English Brown Ale. I attached my Beersmith file... haven't looked at the changes I made from Orfy's original (actually, I recall the original was lost on this forum).
