April 1: Phil Leinhart, master beer brewer for Ommegang Brewery, will discuss what it’s like to run a brewery in the United States at 7 p.m. at Mass Media and Technology Hall Auditorium. He will talk about making beer, competition between small breweries, how one becomes a master brewer, economics of beer brewing and the role of beer in U.S. culture.
