Of course, if he's lost track and put the late arrivals in with the "on time" arrivals, they could be judged.

All I know is he didn't mention ANY late entries at all to me today. It didn't even come up. He may or may not include them. He certainly doesn't have to!

So apologies in advance if this has already been asked on this thread (didn't want to read through 63 pages to find out):

Is this a once a year competition? I just saw the thread for the first time today and would like to enter next time around. Does it always happen around the same time of year?

No, this is the second time and the last time it was in the fall of 2009. It is sort of an annual thing, but at this point I don't see it happening next year due to the huge amount of work it takes for a large number of people.

I'm going to shake every 11a entry right before I deliver it to judges.

I fully endorse this. Mine is low carbed and bottled from a keg.

A quick note about getting score sheets returned. Please have some patience, folks. A lot of people are volunteering a lot of time (and in some cases valuable vacation days from work) in order to make this happen.

Repeatedly asking when score sheets are going to arrive, or complaining because you don't have yours yet and someone else does - won't accomplish anything.

Everyone should expect an absolute minimum of 1.5 to 2 weeks to have score sheets returned to them. We all have lives and families just like you, and sometimes stuffing envelopes with score sheets needs to take a back seat to more important matters.

Part of determining the future of this competition will be what goes on in this thread. Legitimate complaints or questions are welcomed, but whining because you don't have your score sheets in your mailbox 4 days after the end of the competition is not. Please keep this in mind.
