Naked City/Stix Hoptrocity Rye Tapping

This Friday at Stix Pizza & Brewing Company we will be tapping "Hoptrocity Rye". This is a recipe of mine that Stix Scaled up to 5 bbls and I had the opportunity to brew on their system a couple of weeks ago.

I would love to get some HBT members together for the evening. I plan on being there around 5:00pm and will be hanging out for a good portion of the night.

Just tried another sample tonight off of the bright tank. This beer is tasting awesome.

Brewtopia -- Is this a short-term thing? or are you going to have your beers on tap there in the future? I'll be in Seattle this summer and would love to drop by the brewery, especially if I could sample some HBT'ers beer.

So far, this is a one-off beer. I hope to be able to brew more of our recipes on Stix system if the opportunity presents itself.

Who knows, maybe by this summer we'll have our own taphouse open.
