I have some hops that are packaged up, and I would be happy to donate several ounces of hops. Please let me know if anyone else is willing to donate "thank you"s!
The problem with random donations is it is hard to split up 14 ways among the judges. Inevitably there will be some really cool things donated, and some just OK things, and some judges will get the cool things, and other judges will get other things.

I really think if we want to incude a "thank you" gift we need to take up a cash collection from the entrants and get all the judges the same thing, or do a nice dinner or something for all. It just needs to be a small $2-5 donation from most of the entrants and you're all set.

I still like the idea of them all getting some HBT swag like a glass, hat, or t-shirt, but it may be too late to coordinate that. Maybe a gift certificate to one of the online home brew retailers would work as well, that lets them decide what they get. Either way if we want to take a collection, it should be set up and announced soon. I'm in for whatever is decided.

Remember, there are 23 categories, so some will be combined for the purposes of awarding prizes. They will still be judged according to their own style, of course, but for example- all lagers and light hybids will be placed together to award prizes prizes.
When this is ready, I'm sure that all who are participating would really appreciate seeing it, myself included. Mostly so that we know how many other beers we're going against in the categories that we entered.

Or, depending on what categories you entered, how many of your own beers are going up against each other. heheh

I'll add this to the prize list now, and see if that gets you guys any more fired up!
