Ok, entry deadline is Sept 5. When does registration open? I read through both threads and found nothing.

August 1. I'm still working on the form. It'll be simple, using my simple computer skills. Because it's a "blind" competition, your name and ID will be on MY spreadsheet, but not on your entry form so that the judges have no idea whose entry is whose.

I plan on winning, so I brewed two batches today. They should be primo in early October!

Oh, I am so entering. I just have to make some decent beer first!

I'm not a judge, and the judges dont' even know who is entering, so it's all fair game. I need a Blingmann.

I'm assuming you mean August 1 Central time? With a maximum 300 entries and the number of high caliber brewers on here, that might matter.

I'll be entering my amarillo IPA if there's any left by then.

Actually, maybe I better make another batch so the hops aroma is still all it should be during judging.

Are bottles with raised lettering acceptable? As long as its from a large brewery like sam adams, new belgium, redhook, etc.

No. Plain brown or green bottles with crown caps only.
