Well, for one thing, midfielder is also a female! So, make a note of that- not too many female brewers around here, so I want to see us do well!
She had a porter that got 37, but I mistyped and put 39. She got the first place in porters, but the English brown (the Fat Squirrel clone) scored a 38. That didn't win a "category" since there were only five entries in 11A-C, though, so I didn't get any Brewmaster's Award points out of it.

Congratulations to all of the winners!! I fully plan to have a few entries ready for next year's comp.
Special thanks to Yooper for all of your hard work in organizing this. It's a huge undertaking, and you did an amazing job with the organization, and with the continuous updates here on the site.

Woo-hoo. Can't wait to see my scoresheets.
I was going to head off to bed but I think I'm going to pour a few pints.

lolwut? Of the 4 beers I entered, this is the last one I'd have expected to place!
It's still pretty darn cool to place at all Looking forward to the scoresheets!
Thanks again to everyone who organized the comp.

Wow. I thought my american wheat brewed with sugar cane would've cracked top 3 in specialty beer category. I guess my taste in beer isn't as good as I thought and my brewin' skillz aren't as good either.
Congratulations to all who did well!

Of course, now I'm checking out the website. I'll have to put some thought into what I really need considering I'm thinking about scaling down my regular brewing to 3 gallon batches so I can brew more often in the kitchen.
I'll definitely have to pickup a Bittercreek Homebrew Supply T-shirt though.
I can't wait to see which categories actually placed, I was expecting more lager competition so I had a few in there.
The only beer I'm certain that placed was my 16e which was a Belgian Wit with brett (orval dregs) added. Unfortunately I'm not sure I even have any more bottles of that left, I had a gallon leftover from my wit and put the dregs in there and eventually bottled with coopers carb drops.

I know I am. 40 out of 50 means I should have some good comments on how to adjust my recipe.
