Default Brewcasting Today, 1/24

Alright, I'm up and making coffee. It's still dark, but as soon as it's light, I'm going to be brewcasting. I'm doing 10 gallons of smoked porter and 10 gallons of Brown Willie's Strong Abbey Ale. I'll post a link as soon as I have it set up.

Evan!,
How did it end up? Sorry I had to cut it short. Had a couple of hic-ups for my first A.G. batch, but ended up with a 1.06 O.G. gravity reading. I'll do better next time. Maybe even a brew cast in the future.

Thanks for sharing!

Ended up going really well, Hugh. My maiden voyage of the whirlpool immersion chiller setup got 10 gallons of wort from boiling to 65f in 13 minutes flat. Awwww yeah!

Thanks, Pol. Got it!

The Abbey Ale is fermenting away happily, the S-05 half of the porter has the beginnings of a krausen, and the Nottingham has the very first signs of something on the surface. Not bad lag times!
