Michigan Brewing Co. - Webberville
Celis Grand Cru

I may have to get a beer to wait in line for this one. I just hope that they don't put the ABV's on the flyer this year, that way the people just looking to get trashed won't empty this keg in 10 min.

Tickets still available online! Just printed mine for Saturday. How many HBT members plan on going?

I'll be there! Unfortunately, I don't have any beers ready for a beerswap -- everything is kegged except for a Wee Heavy that didn't carb up well, so I don't really want to foist that on anybody.

I can't wait! It'll be a nice break from med school studying.

It was a lot of fun. Went Saturday. People lined up around the corner to get in!
Lots of great tasting beers and pretty cool people. Talked with crispy from Ann Arbor Brewers Guild while he was brewing. Man, he had some awesome EKG hops hanging from his hat!

We went, fought the lines and got a nice buzz.

More importantly, I got to try a few beers that I wanted to taste, but not buy a 6 pack of.

I loved it. Can't wait for winter again!

I had a good time as well. Met Gearbeer and quite a few other home brewers. Also met Crispy as he was evangelizing home brewing to the assembled masses.

I think the best beer I had was the Saison from New Holland, although the Kriek from Jolly Pumpkin and Rye IPA from Founders were really good too.

The unhopped Ancient Ales from kahunken were very interesting, and also a very good idea for the fest this year with the hop shortage.
