I was thinking the same thing Jeff.

What works for everyone? I was thinking about starting at 8 so I can finish at a decent time.

The earliest I could get there is 9am. Just don't expect me to be...ah...hydrated...yeah hydrated. But I will be there and brewing.

I will be there @ 9am - can you give me the address again.

Not brewing but I'll be there to take some pics and watch.

Please take lots of pictures, and post them! I wish I could be there. This working for a living is totally interfering with my social life!

If it's open to me, I'd like to check it out. I'm not sure I'd be there to brew but I'd love to stop in and see how the professionals do it. Who do I need to get in touch with to find out where?

thanks

cz
