I just competed in the Enchanted Brewing Challenge which is a sanctioned comp. held in Albuquerque. I did pretty well.

3 golds (Saison, raspberry imperial stout and chile beer)
3 silvers (American stout, American barleywine and Schwartzbier)
1 bronze (Imperial stout)

I also judged the American ales (American pale, amber and brown) and was impressed at the over-all quality of the beers.

Excellent Job BP!!! You must have quite an inventory of beers to submit.

Did you submit any beer to more than one category?

No, I just went straight at the categories. The exception was a beer I entered in the nationals as an imperial porter. They liked it but said it needed more, so I put it in the robust porter category in the EBC and they loved it but felt it was too big, so there you are!

I entered 9 beers and 7 placed. My highest score was my saison which arrived flat at the nationals. Once again, there you have it!
