Default Kegging the apricot "saison" as we speak

After a couple weeks in the primary at room temperature, I'm putting the apricot blonde with the White labs saison III yeast into the keg. I'll probably force carb this one by shaking the keg, since my altbier only has two weeks to go on its lagering.

Results to follow shortly.

Awesome. I'd love to find out how it turns out. I took my Abbey Ale and added Cherry's to it. I've force carbed and have it on tap currently. You're welcome to come on over and try it, if you like?
