I was driving back from an inspection and stopped in Perry at a fruit stand (after having lunch at Maddox).
If you are into peaches, it is the peak of peach season right now. I got around 20lbs for $30. There were some cheaper peach varieties for $22 for that size bucket.
My wife freaked and said "we can't eat that many peaches." I said, "eat what you want and I'll make wine with the rest."
I think I'm going to head back Saturday or Monday and pick up stuff for canning salsa.
My process for cloning a beer
1. Put on lab coat.
2. Drink beer and take notes.
3. Repeat Step 2 until I have a recipe or pass out.
