Heading to Vegas

Hello all, I found an old thread that kind of answers my question but is back form the middle of 2009 so I thought that I would ask again.

I am heading to Vegas here at the end of the week and was just wondering if any of you knew of any good brewpubs or beer bars down in Vegas. I have heard talk of Freakin Frog but that is a little out of the way from where I will be staying. I would like to find a good brewpub so that I can have some beers that I cant get in other places.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Everything is current in that old post. Except sin city brewing is a let down.. take it from a local.

So, what did you wind up visiting on your trip? I'm heading out for a convention next week, and I'd be interested to hear if there was anything you saw or did that you'd avoid, or that you'd highly recommend...

i really liked their stout...that, and they have a place in the flamingo (i think)...you can play the crap bar slots and get free beer that's better than the swill they serve at most casinos

their ipa was ok, the other 2 brews were forgettable (thus, i forgot what they were...)
