Default Yum Crunchberries

So a judge just threw out a case where a woman was suing the captain because she thought crunch berries were real berries. If anyone of you were eating captain crunch thinking you were getting your daily recommended fruit serving you were wrong.

I had a vision. A beautiful vision of Crunchberry trees as far as the eye could see. So I've been planting those Crunchberries for years.

Sadly my vision never came to fruition. Now I know why.

Damn you Captain!

This is a classic example of why we need "loser pays" reform.
The lawyers for the Planitiff were also the Froot Loops suit lawyer, talk about just throwing stuff at the legal wall to see what will stick...

So if Crunchberries aren't really from crunch berry trees, does that mean I can try Frankenberry ceareal?

I'm not the first guy who fell in love with a woman that he met at a restaurant who turned out to be the daughter of a kidnapped scientist, only to lose her to her childhood lover who she last saw on a deserted island, who then turned out fifteen years later to be the leader of the French underground.
