The kids are cold and ask me to turn up the thermostat... Nah, go grab a blanket I say

But my ale wasn't warm enough to ferment... Yup crank up that heat! lol

at least 5 times a week you're tweaking a recipe on Beer Smith, planning the next batch (or 4), or brewing.

I formulate recipes on Beersmith at least 3 times a day. I find it really interesting to tweak with OGs and various styles.

I'm at the point where I enjoy planning an brewing the beer almost more than I enjoy drinking it...almost.

Currently on tap:
Frenzy Chocolate Porter 5.4%
Ginger/Lemongrass Belgian 5.8%
Rocket Saison 7.8%
