I don't think his $300 price is horrible if both tanks have 4+ years left on the hydro. If they're out of cert or close, I'd give him $220 and call it fair.

That last deal's not quite as egregious. The five kegs are worth $100. 20lb tank's worth probably $100 itself, the smaller tank and the regulator are probably the same. Not a deal, but I wouldn't really call it a ripoff, either.
