All the good ones I know are in German.

Ein Prosit
In Munchen steht ein Hobrauhaus
Trink Trink Bruderlein Trink

Just a few.

George Thorogood. Anything! I drink alone. One bourbon, one scotch, one beer. Whatever...

Little known facts:

The melody for the Star Spangled Banner was lifted from the theme song of a "social club." Francis Scott Key merely changed the lyrics.

The melody for "The Blue Danube" was also a drinking song. Strauss just arranged it for an orchestra. I heard a recording of this song in it's original form. It was in German, but I imagine the translation is something like this:

"We're all drinking beer"
"F))k yes, f))k yes!"
