Default A well deserved break...

Man, i've been working 7 hours straight with hardly a minute to breath! too much to do today and not enough people to do it.

but i'm finally on lunch! nothing like valentina on leftover steak with some kettle chips...i'm in heaven

...just wish i had a beer...

Valentina Mexican Hot Sauce? I just found that stuff out here and I'm totally hooked!

yeah, that's the stuff. love it on beef. it's best when mixed with heinz 57 sauce on a nice london broil.

don't really like the 57 by itself, but they're awesome together

and NOW i'm finally enjoying a beer
