Thank god - it seems that every time I see a map, a windmill isn't far behind

Ever want to find an expired web page or an earlier version of a site?
Use the wayback machine on http://www.archive.org/index.php.

Google circa 1998
http://web.archive.org/web/199812022...ww.google.com/

Also there is a ton of Grateful Dead and other music for download here.

That is a killer web tool right there. Thanks!

It is funny you posted that--I was at the Taphouse with a buddy of mine the other night, and I know one of the waitresses because she works at a hamburger joint down the street from where I work. Supposedly she was pretty wild in her younger years--and supposedly was the "panty" model for Flogging Molly's clothing line. She said a pic used to be on the Flogging Molly page...but she wasn't sure if it was anymore. Well, the girl is fine, so I went home and googled for the pic. No luck. I checked on that site last night and the "gear" supplier has some kind of robot that won't allow you to look at archived pages. DAMN!!!!!!!!!!

It was a good try though.

I guess you'll have to meet her behind the bar for a more updated look...

that is going to come in handy, thanks! My daily walk with Floyd is .91 miles. I never really knew how far it was since a lot of it is on a bike path so I couldn't drive it to see how far it was. Our other route is 1.3 miles.

That's pretty damn cool....

http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=716931

Almost exactly two miles with Troy in the morning - and more importantly, it's usually just about one Basic Brewing Radio or Jamil Show podcast long.

Our LONG walk, which I figured was about six miles, is really about five. We only do that when it's warm, though, and there is one pretty big hill to deal with.

http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=716937

VERY cool.

I have not used gmap in a while. They have added the calorie counter and elevation since the last time I was there.... Nice run by the way I did the Myrtle Beach Half Marathon on Saturday.
