It's near freezing here, so I'm waiting until closer to totality. Hopefully the view will be good from the subdivision; I really don't feel like driving out to the prairie.

im going to go out at 1:32 est time to see the start of the umbral shadow. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decembe..._lunar_eclipse wiki has lots of info on the eclipse.
