In the midst of a double batch day of brewing, not to mention my first two AG batches, I decided to crack my Apfelwein keg... Let's all hope I make it up and down the stairs this time without having to go to the ER...

Both batches ended up in the fermenters and fire / rescue didn't have to be called... I did however wake up at 3:33am with one HELLUVA headache...

Going to bed early tonight...
