Steak and a BJ day...

Who's observing? I'm scheduling myself off that day so my wife and I can observe. She knows this and is perfectly happy observing this holiday with me. We'll be going to a local steakhouse which is amazing. This way I don't have to cook. Afterwards, well... I'm sure you can figure out the rest.

I prefer not to have to work on the holiday. I thoroughly enjoy cooking my own steaks though.
