Default State-by-state forums?

I'm still fairly new here, so I don't know if this has been asked about or handled or denied or whatever before, but I was just wondering if there was any thought to making forums for individual states?

I was thinking to try and reach out to some local brewers to learn more about how they do what they do, setups and all, but I didn't really want to drop a fish in the barrel of the General Forums where it may be read today, and tomorrow be buried...

Just curious!

There are local or regional 'groups' here that you can join -

Also, you might want to check out a homebrew club in your area. You can search for them here
