Default Startup Brewpub... Life is about to get awesome

Hey everyone,
My partner and I are currently working on opening a 7-10bbl brewpub. Our goal is to be open by this time next year. We are just getting started on our business plan and will blogging about our progress throughout the endeavor at

www.bigbugbrewing.com/blog

I thought people on here may be interested in following along. Any comments or advice are welcome. This should be a wild ride!

-Pete
