Default Smoking and Hangovers

I think most smokers or ex-smokers would agree that hangovers can be worse when you smoke. It was particularly bad for me. It wasn't uncommon for me to huff down a pack while drinking hard. Which usually left me feeling particularly crappy the next day.

I haven't had a smoke since Oct. I am happy to report it has been true for me. (Not that I don't get hangovers now, I do but they are not quite as bad). Just another incentive for you guys that are on the fence about quitting.

I quit cigarettes long ago, but now and then someone will bring along cigars; makes for a much worse hangover.
