It seems like I have a lot of these moments in brewing, how about you guys?
Today it was thanks to SWMBO, who came into our spare bathroom and watched me clean bucket after bucket from the local candy shop to prep them for use in their new line of work. After about 15 (halfway or so) this happens:
"So...is this how you always clean them?"
"Yeeeep"
"Looks like a lot of work"
"mmmhmmm"
"Why don't you just take the top rack out of the dishwasher and put it on quick wash. You could do like 10 in an hour."
Yea. Insert the haaaallllllaluja music here.

An outside reference can sometimes make a great difference.

AW man, that sucks. Now you have to find something she is not good at and make her feel bad about it, just to stay superior.

On one of the podcasts I think I heard Jamil say he had about 60 corneys filled. I think he had a walk in cooler.
Maybe we are gazing upon the genesis of the next homebrewing guru?

Brewing Capacity? I have:
55 Gallon Food Grade Drums x 4
5 Gallon Food Grade Pales x 25
5 Gallon BB's x 10
2.5 Gallon Food Grade Pales x 10
I'm sure I have more. Do I use them all at once? Not right this moment, but I expect to see at least two of the drums and the majority of the pales in use in a few months.

Good god, how big is your dish washer? No way I could fit ten 5 gallon buckets in mine.
