Ever been cheated on? Yea, so has this guy, but he didn't take it lying down. He was supposed to tattoo a scene from Narnia on his girlfriends back, but she had been sleeping around so he played it off and inked this:

Sadly a court will probably call it assualt with intent to dishonor contract intent, but hopefully the judge is a dude.

The problem with the contract is he appears to have entered into it knowing what he was going to do. In a contract both parties are supposed to have an expectation that the contract will be honored as presented.
He's going to have a tough defense.
