Wait a minute... you haul bulk grain in the same location as you haul your horses? Uh... don't horses crap like, constantly?

(crosses EdWort off the "Beer Swap list...)

From all I've read it seems like you've got it all at your homestead Ed.

How many acres do you own?

No more renting from U-Haul
You keep using that BGE and drinking HB and YOU"LL be the one in the horse trailer.

It's a work in progress. I have just over 4 acres. It's about 200' wide by 800' with the house smack in the middle. It's a good thing I don't have to shovel the driveway in the winter.

You coming up for Teach a Friend to Homebrew Day?

U-Haul is a rip off....we had a nightmare with our last move...which was pretty much cross-country. They were out of the medium size trucks, so they upgraded us to the largest truck they had (sounds good, but mpg was WAY worse) and there was all sorts of unused space. We towed a 4 wheel transport trailer with our sedan on it, and I was pretty much driving a semi-trailer. We spent way more on gas than we wanted to, and when we finally made it to our destination, they waved us off and made us drive across town because of some sort of mistake in the system. By the time we got that monster across town, the location had closed, and we got charged an extra day. We of course wrote a letter to HQ, and got a refund of our money in uhaul vouchers. We swore we wouldn't use them again, but our money is tied up in their vouchers....I guess that's how they guarantee return business.

I rented a uhaul a few years ago. The guy said "return it with the same amount of gas or their is a $25.00 fee" There was 1/4 tank when I got it. I filled up the tank before I started moving and ended up returning it with 1/2 tank. I asked the manager for a refund for the extra 1/4 tank of gas. He started yelling at me saying "I don't have time for this bull sh*t, you should have read the rules, we don't give refunds" and other similar comments. Now, I never expected to get a refund but I figured I should ask since they told me they'd charge me for bringing it back empty but this D-bag really flew off the handle. I told him where he could put his truck and that he should seriously consider f*cking himself. I haven't rented a uhaul since.

Do you rinse the foam away? Or does it break down into horse nutrient?

Actually my wife keeps it so clean you would not think that it hauls horses. She's gotten pretty good at hitching it herself and backing it up too. She washes it after every use. It 4 years old but still looks new.
