Just use a proxy server... like : there is all kinds of them and they are a pain to try and block. I am a network admin at a HS. and I cant block most of them. The kids use them to get to sites I have blocked like My Space.

our work sent out a Memo asking people to reduce the amount of time they "surf" the web due to bandwidth limitations.... apparently we've been going overboard here....
