Default Nitro Tap...

Is probably the greatest Ebay/homebrewing investment I've made to date!!!!

I have Caramel Cream Ale on nitro right now, and... wow. It makes the beer sooo good. Only negative side that I see is that it goes down WAY too easily.

Couple that with a stop at the Beveridge Place Pub's re-opening tonight, and I'm having a pretty damn good night!

If any of you Seattlites are near the West Seattle area and want to go to the Beveridge Place Pub, let me know so we can meet up for some tasty beverages!

Stumbled across this post as I'm interested in doing a nitro setup. I'm also in the Seattle area. Would love to know more about what you have, and the Caramel Cream Ale sounds amazing.
