Default New BYO came today!!!!

Just got this month's issue of Brew Your Own. They show the systems of the Beer Gods. Charlie Papazian's setup includes plastic buckets and a milk crate. His rig looks nearly as cobbled together as mine ! That's great to know.
If one of the higher Gods of the Beer Pantheon chooses to brew with such a simple system, perhaps there's hope for us mere mortals.

That's funny that Papazian was featured in BYO. Isn't he on the Zymurgy team?

Got mine today.... there is an interesting article on priming with Krausen. I know that Kiaser does this sometimes.

Got mine today too, it seems like I just got one like a week or two ago.

I still need to go on BYO.com and order that BYO recipe book.

Frankly, I was a little disappointed with this issue...and only 4 recipes?? Oh well, I'll probably renew anyways.
