Recipes 

ok apparently there is a new brewery in Salem that has been operating since January. I didn't even find out till a Capitol Brewers meeting at the begining of this month. Did some internet searching and Capitols taps as well as my blog are the only ones with any info on it.

General concensus seems to be that their stout tastes like day old Folgers. Their blonde seems to be getting great reactions though.

Anyone have any opinions on this new brewery?

No IPA? This requires research? I like dark ales myself and rarely brew an IPA, but really!

The IPA is coming soon. To be honost though I think he should delay the IPA until he gets the recipe nailed dead on.
