Does anyone else wish that the LHBS sold air fresheners in the shape of hops, or a bottle, or a mug, that smelled like sweet wort on brew day?
I just brewed last night in my apartment and you can smell it in the corridor outside. I love coming home to that smell and I am saddened when it fades.
I'm with ya Frank. My bro and I and our wives just got back from Austria and Germany last week. While we were there we went to a few breweries, and that topic came up while we were sitting in the beer garten at the Stiegl Brewery in Salzburg. What a magical scent! The beer was great too.
Zac

I know someone who makes candles and was thinking about having them making a hop scented candle. Any thoughts on whether it would be better to use the oil or extract for this? Any potential hazards with burning either?
