Mikes Hard, Twisted Tea and other malted designer drinks
Not that I intend to brew up, but i was wondering how the process differs between brewing up beer and brewing up drinks like "mikes hard lemonade" and those other fruity carbonated malt beverages.
Is it much like brewing sodas? or is it more like an Ed Wort's Apfelwein process.
