Nice.

What's the butter stuff?
The garlic and parsley is a good idea.
I use fresh parsley and garlic chips. Although I do grow loads of my own garlic.

LOL! Made ya look eh? Thanks. I'm cooking some wings right now. I'll post a pic of these when I'm done. I'm using a different recipe though.

Thanks. That's a spice from Germany. It's for making an Herbal Butter mixture, but I drizzled these wings with olive oil first before sprinkling these spices on.

Tasty stuff...Great with Brew!

Like they say, if we're not supposed to eat animals, why are they made of meat?

Here's a recipe we use a lot:

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
1 or 2 tablespoons ginger, grated
1/2 a lime

Mix it all together and squeeze the lime into the mix. Let some wings marinate in this for 1-2 hours, then grill. Squeeze the other half of the lime over the wings before serving.
