I just do the goods that aren't processed, organic blueberries and yogurt everyday. Pomegranite juice and pecans. Best natural anti-carcenogins out there I like to get as many greens as possible too, spinach, broccoli, seaweed, spirullina... that stuff has everything you body needs to be healthy, fight disease and fight cancer.

Anyone have a link to a list of all the herbal "alternative medicines" that have been proven by science to be useless? I read recently that anti-oxidants don't provide much benefit...not nearly as much as is touted. Echinacea is completely benign. Ginkgo Biloba doesn't help your memory whatsoever. Etc., etc.

I take multivitamins, amino acids (especial lysine), Piracetam, and fish oil caps. I also add ground up flax seed to a lot of things. Outside of that, I don't take many meds or anything...except the stash of valtrex that I keep around for my mouth-herpes...but that's not exactly "herbal"

If I had the genital version, I'd tell ya. My whole family always had cold sores, but not me. Until like 3 years ago, I'd never had one...ever. Then one day I get a raging, massive piece of evil on my lip. Since then, I've had a few bad outbreaks, so I got my dentist to prescribe something. Turns out it's the same thing they use to treat genital herpes...you know, those happy people riding bikes at some exotic resort, and they're so happy because their genital herpes is under control. Yea! That stuff. Me, when I feel a cold sore coming on, I pump myself full of valtrex, slather my lips with abreva and herpecin, and swallow as many lysine pills as I can stomach.

Be sure to get some Milk Thistle. It is good for the liver.

Have you tried rubbing some cinnamon-basil on it?

I did a report of false medicines in College, don't remember much of it. Spent a lot of time on acupuncture.

I have cold sores on very rare occasion... does that mean I have mouth herpes?! Should I chill on the muff-divin?
