I cant find it now- But a few weeks ago there was a thread about knives specifically kitchen type. I was wondering about Shun by Kershaw knives. If they are any good?

I only came across them because I was trying to order DVD of Good Eats- Alton Brown seems to like them. So I wanted some opinions.

When I'm not brewing beer , I'm a blacksmith/ Knife maker, that being said I like the Kershaw Shun knives allot. I've used a few and handled most of them but haven't been sufficiently impressed to shell out the $$$$$$ for the set... But yeah they are nice, well made , hold a good edge and damn pretty !
