Hahahaha. I grew up 2 towns north of there and am glad I got the F out AND attended a different college. They teach em good at KSU.

I think he would not have scored. I think you can't return a muffed punt in college. If the guy had possession, then lost it, then that's a fumble.

I think they ball is spotted where the receiving team touches it, or where the kicking team touches it afterwards.
