Default Internet outage

Alright who tripped over the plug and brought half the Internet to a grinding halt?

It kicked everyone to the curb as far as I could tell, I was one of the first to get back in. There were like three people on when I was finally able to get back on.

About 8 years ago I was working at [name withheld]. Their main database was on a Sun 6500. We had mirrored data storage arrays, each with two power supplies/plugs, both running hardware RAID.

Unfortunately, the 6500 had only ONE power plug. Anybody care to guess which plug, out of seven, got unlocked and pulled?
