Default I'm 12.5% Belgian

and at least 25% Irish and the rest German with a tad bit of Swiss.

I've got brewing in my blood and the Irish to drink every last drop of it!

What is your background? Any Generational brewers?

My Grandpa used to make wine on his farm by the barrel, much prior to 1978

German / Welsh / Irish

My grandfather used to make wild cherry wine on his farm... But he stopped that long before I was old enough to be interested.

Lots of German. Not sure what else. I really should get a good copy of my mom's geneology study.
