Default How would you react?

Here's a link to the Northern League's (baseball) transactions for the season.
http://www.northernleague.com/transactions/

Scroll down to the transactions on May 1st, and you'll find this beauty.

Schaumburg - Assigned the contract of RHP Nigel Thatch (Rookie) to Fullerton of the Golden Baseball League in exchange for 1 pallet (60 cases) of Budweiser beer.

How would you react if you were traded for 60 cases of redneck urine? How much better would you take it if you were traded for homebrew? What kind of beer would you have asked for if you were the owner of this team?

you left out the most important part of this story!!!
nigel thatch is the guy who played the fictitious arrogant multi-sport star Leon on that series of Bud Light commercials...

That's funny that you mention it. I'm from Schaumburg and we laughed about him since the arrival. They publically admitted taking him only for the press that he'd generate.
